Financial hardship.
Medical reasons establishing a student's intolerance to the standard uniform.
Generally, parents who wish to exempt their child from wearing a school uniform must:
Request an official Application for Exemption form from the school's main office.
Complete and return the form to the administration.
Meet briefly with the principal or vice-principal to discuss the policy and establish what alternative, appropriate attire the student will wear instead.
Dress Code for Waiver Students: If a waiver is granted, the "Blanche Pope Ke Kula Kaiapuni o Waimānalo Dress Code" applies in its entirety.
